Myristica Malayana

Malay nutmeg, scientifically known as Myristica malayana, is a rare and ancient spice tree native to the tropical regions of Southeast Asia. This evergreen shrub belongs to the Myristicaceae family and is closely related to the more well-known nutmeg tree, Myristica fragrans.
